  • Large-scale renovations and additions to existing high school. Significant phasing challenges. Four-year construction timeframe; school fully occupied and operational throughout construction.

Arnold Elementary School (Arnold, MD)

  • New elementary school for Anne Arundel County Public Schools totaling 85,800 square feet. Structural system consisted of load-bearing masonry walls and structural steel.

Middletown Area High School (Middletown, PA) 

  • New high school featuring 202,700 square feet of modern space including classrooms, cafeteria, gymnasium, and an 850-seat auditorium. Structural system consisted of load-bearing masonry walls and structural steel.

Manheim Township Middle School (Lancaster, PA)

  • New construction totaling approximately 235,000 square feet. Building contains a two-story classroom wing and a single-story portion for the gym, cafeteria/commons, black box theatre, and faculty/staff support areas.
