500 Park (Baltimore, MD)

  • New, six-story building consisting of 153 residential units, 4,000 square feet of retail space, one level of parking, and a rooftop pool for tenants. Structural system consisted primarily of precast plank on light gage load-bearing walls and structural steel.

Highland Haus (Baltimore, MD)

  • Project consisted of five levels of residential wood framing on top of two concrete levels of parking and street-level retail space. The residential space provided 65 apartment units, as well as an upper-level amenity space for tenants.

The Fox Building - Noxzema Building (Baltimore, MD)

  • Work consisted of renovating the historic Fox Industries building to provide 90 apartment units above a ground-level makerspace. Structural work included the addition of lofts throughout the units, along with a variety of other structural items.
