We are licensed to perform Structural Engineering in PA,MD,VA,NJ,SC,MO,IA,TN, and have many more in the works. We do big projects and small, and really enjoy the difficult ones. We believe in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) movement, and were one of the very early adopters. We work with architects, builders, and owners.
When we work with an architect, it can mean finding a solution to achieve their vision and their owner’s budget. It can mean helping them to find a way to artfully express structure and solve programming problems seamlessly. Or it can simply mean helping them deliver a safe, cost efficient project at a reasonable cost. We understand what drives our architectural clients and know how to work with them. We are familiar with every common structural system out there, and a whole bunch of uncommon ones. We will push the envelope in finding the right solution, and surprisingly, can be more creative than you think in seeing a path forward. Challenge us…we love it.
