Building Information Modeling (BIM)

BIM is everywhere, and 74.5% of everyone is using it right?  Wrong.  The reality of BIM is that companies all across the board are still struggling to integrate it into their processes, and figure out what in the world they need it for in the first place.  It is increasingly being specified and required by owners, and the pressure to get on the bandwagon is increasing. 

We are what you call BIM evangelists.  Before you get visions of us on a stage preaching to the converted, let me assure you it is nothing nearly that exciting.  What it means is we switched a long time ago.  We switched when BIM was barely a buzzword, and as a consequence, we are pretty good at it.  We have modeled and constructed dozens of buildings, have modeled other buildings for clients after they were built, and have even provided modeling services to trade contractors who are being required to submit that data on BIM projects.  If you don’t feel comfortable with BIM yet, rest assured we do, and can help.  We can also work with your organization to develop your own standards, figure out how to get up to speed, and at the end of the day, figure out how to make it pay for itself and more.
